Description

Sodium lauryl hydroxypropyl sulfonate (SLHS) is a mild cleansing agent that is often used in personal care products such as shampoos, body washes, and facial cleansers.
With good water solubility, this product works well with other surfactants and in various formulations.

This mild anionic surfactant creates a fine, long-lasting foam that lathers quickly. It is water-soluble and can be used as the main or secondary surfactant in clear formulations. It is also weakly acidic and non-irritating, with a pH similar to that of human skin. It is biodegradable and can be completely broken down by bacteria. It is compatible with most other surfactants and cleans well without leaving any residue. The skin feels smooth and refreshed after washing.
